Released in 1979 as a 7" and 12" single. Released in the UK with a picture sleeve and as a 7" single only.
Japan has a unique 7" picture sleeve and a different B-side.
Germany, Columbia and Venezuela have a 12" single issue.
Issued in Holland with an error on the A-side label: it says that it's produced in 1969 instead of 1979. Normal copies also exist.
Columbia's 12" issue was released on clear color vinyl with Spanish labels and a generate EMI disco sleeve. Known colors are yellow, green, pink and blue.
Re-issued in 1988 as a 3" CD-single (as a part of 12 3" CD-singles) in the UK. Issued separatly and as a complete set in a plastic wallet. Also issued in Germany as a limited edition of 555 copies only in a leather wallet. Re-released in Japan in 1991 in a boxed set.
