Only issued in the UK, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Yugoslavia,
Australia and Mexico. All countries have a picture sleeve, except Ireland.
Re-issued in 1988 as a 3" CD-single (as a part of 12 3" CD-singles) in the UK. Issued
separatly and as a complete set in a plastic wallet. Also issued in Germany as a limited
edition of 555 copies only in a leather wallet. Re-released in Japan in 1991 in a
boxed set.
