A 1975 release on LP and cassette and released in 1986 on CD. The LP issue has a gatefold sleeve and a printed innersleeve with live photos.
The cassette issue has a different track listing.
Re-released on heavy vinyl with a high quality sleeve in 1997 in the UK.
Israel has a unique non-gatefolded sleeve. There are two versions available with different labels: the EMI label and the Portrait label. Also issued on cassette.
Venezuela has a unique gatefold live sleeve (taken from the UK innersleeve).
Uruguay has four different issues: all four have no Queen crest of the front sleeve. One issue has a gatefold sleeve of thin paper, the second one has a gatefold of thicker paper, an other has no gatefold and the fourth one has no gatefold but has a pvc outer sleeve.
France and Holland has a white vinyl edition.
The Argentinian LP and cassette issues are called Una Noche En La Opera. The cassette issue doesn't has the short piece of music that normally comes after Good Company.
South Africa has a four page insert for the LP issue.
Japan has a unique and beautiful wrap around sleeve for promotional use which covers the whole sleeve of the album.
The USA has a 1991 CD re-issue with two bonus tracks. Available with and without a longbox.
Re-issued on CD in Europe and Japan in 1993-1994.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 1998 with a card sleeve.
Re-issued on CD in the USA as an MFSL issue with a different sleeve and a gold CD. Also released on heavy vinyl as a numbered limited edition.
Re-issued on CD in 2000 in the USA as an DCC issue with a die-cut slipcase and a gold CD. The package also contains a CD sized booklet with an embossed crest. Also released on heavy vinyl as a numbered limited edition.
Re-issued on DVD-audio in April 2002 in the USA. Except for the audio part the disc also contains the video clip of Bohemian Rhapsody. Two different issues are known: the first one has a blue line at the left and has 2001 copyrights, the second issue has a black line and 2002 copyrights.
Re-issued on DVD-audio in August 2002 in the UK. The contents of the disc are the same as the USA issue, but the sleeve has minor differences. Only the blue lined edition is known.
A pirate picture disc was released in 1997 without a sleeve.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2001 with improved sound quality.
Re-issued in Japan on CD in 2004 with a card sleeve (using the 2001 remasters). The package also includes a mini innersleeve like the original UK vinyl issue. Released in Europe on July 12 2004 (including obi's and Japanese lyrics sheet).
Re-issued world wide on November 21 2005 as a CD + DVD package for its 30th anniversary. Also released in the UK and Japan on vinyl. Both issues have the special promotional outer sleeve which was used in 1975 in Japan to promote the album.
